This PR bumps the Record JavaScript client to
@solana/kitv7. It updates the Kit plugins to their v7-compatible0.13.0line,@solana/sysvarsto^7.0.0, and the@solana-program/systemdev dependency to^0.13.0(its v7 release). It also bumps@codama/renderers-jsto^2.3.0and regenerates the client, so the generated plugin uses the v7ExtendedClientreturn type that type-checks under Kit v7.
